Ilias Stavropoulos is a self-taught chef with a tremendous love for food, who spent four years in charge of IT restaurant in Kolonaki. It was at an early stage of his life that it was certain where his loyalty lay. That was in the midst of essences and flavors. Naturally, his talent led him next to the well-known Greek chef Christoforos Peskias and then close to Andreas Lagos, who played the most substantial part in shaping him up as a professional.
His cooking is fine and delicate and the simplicity of his plates is considered by many to be an accurate depiction of his own personality.
